Mid Summer Vintageness

It is hard to believe that we are in mid summer already. It seems like Week of Welcome just ended. This is actually an awesome thing because hopefully by God's grace we are growing closer to Him & each other!

By now you should know that this site is for you to marinate & chilax on! You should also know that we have Ignite at the Bartholow's home from 6:30-8:30pm on Wednesday. This week's lesson is so amazing that you will not want to miss it. Breakfast Club in Thursday and I think that our breakfast will be something that you will love for sure. Make sure you do your study so we can be ready to discuss the questions. Other than that, make sure you sign up for the Mystery Night on the 24th of July from 6:30-9:30pm. Trust me when I say that you don't want to miss out on this!!!

End Week Excitement Lives: Ultimate Style

Alright everyone.... Tonight is the Ultimate Guys Night/Girls Night & here is a video to get you even more stoked than you already might be!

You know it!

Alright peeps. I trust that you had a great morning of worship and an awesome Ignition with Mr. Cantrell. I know it has been a while since we had a regular week at Ignite, but we are back now to our regularly scheduled programming! That means... and you know it, we are on for Ignite this Wednesday from 6:30-8:30pm @ the Bartholow's. That also means that we are on for Breakfast Club Thursday from 9-10:30am. Make sure you read Philippians 2 and focus on verses 5-11 where we will look at the amazing fact that Jesus humbled Himself & died for our sin!

Also & this is huge... you have until this Wednesday to sign up for our Guys Night/Girls Night which is this Friday from 5:30-8pm! The guys will be chilaxin at the Eik's & the girls will be marinatin @ The Writebol's. The cost for all this is $4! With that said, I pray that we will have a great week of glorifying God & enjoying all of His awesomeness!

End Week Excitement Lives: Ribs style

I don't know if you peeps are aware of this, but tomorrow is the day that we as fellow Americans celebrate the freedom that we have in this country. We call it 4th of July. It was on that day in 1776 that we declared our independence from Britain. One of my favorite things about this day is getting together with family peeps & friend peeps & eating some totally legit BBQ. In your pastors most humble opinion some of the sauciest & most high voltage BBQ to chow on is ribs. In honor of that, here is an old school commercial about a certain food establishment & their ribs, Please ignore the boy band singing it btw...

One More Week

Hey there my fellow Igniteers! A funny thing happened to Pastor Josh and Pastor Jeremy at camp this past week. Do you want to know what it is? You will know when you see it... trust me! We can't wait to tell you how high voltage camp was and how amazing God is! We also can't wait to see all of you peeps again and marinate at Ignite and everything else soon.

Unfortunately, it will have to wait another week because once again, there is no Ignite or Breakfast Club this week because my family will be at Family Camp. There will be Ignition on Sunday however and your speaker will be so boss because he is sweeter than honey bbq sauce.

End Week Excitement: Nintendo cereal

Have you peeps ever wondered what kind of cereal all the young peeps wanted back in the day? Well here was one of them. I begged my Mom for these & it never happened!

In Limbo

Hey there everyone,

There comes a time during every summer where things begin to slow down for a while and I am sad to say that for some of you that time is now. For others of you, your whole summer seems to be non stop & even a little crazy. With that in mind... let me inform you that there is NO IGNITE or BREAKFAST CLUB THIS WEEK OR NEXT WEEK!! I hope you understand that this makes your Ignite team very sad, but there are 2 good reasons for it.

First... this week several of us peeps will be at Mt. Gilead for Jr. High Camp. If you are not able to come for the week, you should think about at least coming out for a day to marinate with us. The best time to do that is during free time which is generally from 1-5 each day.

Second... in two weeks is 4th of July and many of you peeps will be gone or you will be hanging out with family. Also, some of you including my family will be going up to Hartstone for Family Camp from Wednesday July 1st through Sunday, July 5th.

By the way, don't forget that June 28th is a Pancake Breakfast at SRBC so things will be a bit different that day. There will be one service at 9:15am and following that will be a pancake extravaganza which includes some meat candy also known as bacon. So there is your news my friends. You have been informed. We look forward to seeing you all soon.
